- If FM transmitter doesn't work, download this firmware update:

Simply put the two files extracted from the RAR file in the root of your map SD card. Then, power off (not sleep) your GPS and turn it back on. A blue upgrade screen should appear. After upgrading, please remove the two upgrade files from the SD.

Pros: *Nice 5-inch touch-sensitive screen
*Has nice red led on, when battery is charging and blue led, when fully loaded.
*Finds satellites quite fast
*Windows CE accepts different GPS-programs
*The device looks really good, has nice metallic-looking finishing.
*Can play movies, mp3s, has some games installed on it.
*Stylus pen included
*Very easy to connect with PC
*Slim design
 
Cons: *Quite small battery (appr. 1,5-2h)
*When battery is empty, it just displays a white screen and you have to restart the device.
 
Other Thoughts: *Driving at night the Leds might disturb the driver.(when not connected to power-source, then the led is unlit)
*The holding bracket(on the windshield) holds the gps device firmly, but the device still tends to move a bit on bad roads.
 
Bottomline: This is a great device for a great price with almost no drawbacks.

Pros: - It runs on Win CE which means that you can run at least 7 different GPS softwares on it. Nuff said.
- 5" responsive touch screen.
 
Cons: - No mechanisms that detect low battery. Of course it shows that you how much battery you have left, but as soon as you run out, instead of turning off, it shows you the white screen of death. The only way to turn it off is with the hard reset button. That makes you think that it's bricked, until you charge it.
- Non-capacious battery that runs out literally after one hour of work. And you can't charge it while it's working. This is a huge contra, imho.
 
Other Thoughts: I tried it with an 8 gig micro HCSD and it didn't recognize it. I haven't tested it with a 4 gig one, but i would assume that id doesn't support HCSD cards, only the 2 gigs and below.
 
Bottomline: I don't know about other GPS devices, but if their batteries last the same on a charge, then this navigator is worth its money.
