Pros: -backlit screen

-plays most GBA games
-good build quality

Cons: -doesn't play GBC or original gameboy games
-some folks have complained about the screen size/orientation. Yes it is more square than the original GBA sp, but this actually makes the viewing area larger... a good thing in my book.
-also, some folks have complained that there is slowdown while playing games. My system runs all games (built in and external) at normal or near normal speeds. Any deviation is slight enough to be almost imperceptible.
A very minor number of games are not compatible: mostly games with built in rumble features (ie. drill dozer)- the game works but not the rumble. Also any games that use a gyroscope (ie. warioware twisted and that yoshi game - I can't recall the name right now- the one were you lean the GBA from side to side- don't work).
Also, strangley, Donkey Kong Country 3 does not boot up, but there is no problem with DKC 1 or 2.
I have over 100 GBA carts, and 97% of them work...with the above noted exceptions
p.s. I have had no problem running bootleg multi-carts either!!

Other Thoughts: You can spend 60 bucks on a single video game for the ps3 or xbox 360. for the same price you can have a great system, with a huge back catalog of games...plus 92 built in games! A no brainer for me... one of the best purchases I've made on DX!

Bottomline: BUY IT! You are getting 92 free games, a backlit screen (not the crappy front lit screen like the original GBA sp), access to a huge back catalog of great games plus you have the "cool" factor. I've shown this to a few of my friends and they all think it is great. BUY IT! NOW! You won't be disappointed!

Pros: This is a 1005 GBA clone system, with 92 built in GBA games with no repeats! It uses a normal GBA charger and is built just like the GBA.
Screen very bright and clear
Sound is very good
Quality is amazing, uses real gba battery and charger.

Cons: It's slow. It's only 80% as fast as a real GBA.
The screen is SQUARE, so the games look pixelated sometimes.
The screen is excellent however, as good as the GBA light AGS-101, but the distortion kills it.
Does not play GBC or GB games

Other Thoughts: It's a very very good copy. Quality is best I have ever seen in a clone. However, it's slower than a GBA. There's no point to it unless it was very cheap, and it's not.

Bottomline: In short, as expensive as a GBA
Is slower than a GBA by 20%
Has 92 built in games, half are shovelware.
Great screen! But square.
Awesome value if it was 100% speed.
As it's not, I would advice you to avoid unless you are a crazy collector like me.
