Pros: Perfect build quality, exchangeable module (very good), 5 modes, Al reflector and glass lens, clip (not bad even I prefer the holster). Double O-rings (but do not think that light is sealed, the lens shall be secured and sealed). Generally - very nice looking.
Cons: Many. Much weak and dim in comparison with the similar type lights. UF C2 and U-style flashlights win clear and confidently. Beam spot has numerous observable rings. The switch has non-desirable memory effect - the light starts with next mode. I like high mode, so the next mode is always a strobe when the light is on. This is very annoyed.
Other Thoughts: The modes are Low-Mid-High-Strobe-SOS. More practical if the first mode will be High or Mid. The protected cell sits very tight. Must screw out both head and tail to replace the cell.
Bottomline: This light looks so promising, but do not wait much from it if you are experienced customer of flashaholic.
Really nice flashlight!

Pros: WOW! An Excellent flashlight for the money. Good build quality and looks good too. Has a nice smooth beam with a bluish tint. 5 Modes make it great for a wide range of uses. The mode cycle goes mid, low, high, strobe, SOS. If left off for so long it resets at med.
Cons: I really don't like the rubber clicky boot it just looks poor and spoils the overall look of the light.
Also the Protected Ultrafire batteries (sku.3287) are a very tight fit and can makes it impossible to get it out without removing the head.
I removed the plastic wrapping and it slides in and out nicely now, but at the cost of battery rattle...
There is also something rattling in the tailcap...
Other Thoughts: It also features a removable cree module which will be easy to upgrade later. The barrel also fits two CR123 size batteries!
Bottomline: Great value 5-mode flashlight with great runtime from 18650 batteries
