Pros: This it! This is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) the ASUS sticker is not photocopied or misspelled. The charge LED is blue just like the original. It's less then one third the price you'll pay any where else. I may have to get another for when this fails, as they all-ways fail get lost or cut.
 
Cons: Slight difference to my old power supply is that mine had no RF choke. This one does! This is not a CON but this is the only thing I could think of that could possibly be bad.
Also no velcro cord keeper like the old one, Once again no big deal I got velcro.
 
Other Thoughts: Folks If you have an eeePC 900 or 700 that takes the 12v 3a power supply. Do not power it from an inverter unless it's a "TRUE-SINE" I can assure you it will die in a month, they do not like that. Buy this and keep a spare on hand for the price you would be foolish not to.
 
Bottomline: This is honestly as advertised the original charger for the ASUS eeePC netbook. Place you order now.
