not very good...

Pros: works on many players...
 
Cons: ... except in my car (a renault clio 2). the player refuse to consider it as a normal tape.
I tried on my hifi player, the sound is not so good... (maybe I'm too demanding) there is a "buzzzzzzz"
build quality is very poor. the short thin cable was already damaged on arrival.
 
Other Thoughts: this tape is already in my trash, I'm going to buy a fm transmitter instead...
black would be better
 
Bottomline: if your car does not have an auxiliary port, it could be usefull... but not in every car :(

Pros: la salida de audio de este cassete es exelente se escucha muy bien se escucha calidad de CD, alta fidelidad, habia comprado en otros lugares este tipo de cassete y no se escuchan igual pero este esta exelente por 3.99 esta muy bien
 
Cons: como el cassete es autoreversible hay veces que se cambia solo al lado b, pero lo vuelvo a cambiar al lado a y se oye perfecto el sonido este adaptador esta bien para los que no traen reproductor de cd en el automovil
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: este es un buen adaptador para usarlo para con todo tipo de reproductores, de mp3. etc

Pros: Very high sound quality, simple use. The sound quality is at least twice as good as an FM transmitter. There is almost no background sound. I personally hate listening to broadcast radio, and this is a great solution.
 
Cons: The one i received would only output sound on one side. I took it apart, re soldered the connections, and even changed the cords. I had no luck fixing the product. The white cord does not look that good against the black interior.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: Buy one today. If your car does not have an AUX in port these are just as good. Great if you like to bring your mp3 player in the car with you.

Pros: Very easy to use. A closed system means no interference unlike from passing FM transmitters in other automobiles. Also, no frequencies to set. Good sound quality. Doesn't hog the cigarette lighter power source. Very affordable.
 
Cons: Might not be the most convenient way to route your cables in the automobile. Depending on the setup, transmitters might be a neater setup for your situation. The white colour may not suit the colour scheme inside the automobile.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: This is a very simple and affordable way of using a modern music player in an older automobile.
