Pros: Very small, easy to use in any type of USB port. You can attach it to your keychain. Useful for mp3 players, digital cameras and all other stuff that require 5pin USB connector.
Cons: Poor build quality. It's looks like the build matrial is like so cheap...
Other Thoughts: Does not reduce transfer speed, this cheap...Its compact and can be carried with you everywhere... Can be used with almost anything that needs mini usb plug...
Bottomline: If you need a cheap connector like this, get this. I have not problems with it...
Always handy to have lying around.

Pros: They are very small.
I can use them with a lot of electronic gadgets, my mobile phone, my scientific calculator, my digital camera and my mp3 player.
Cons: The connector is upside down for most of the things, so you will have to lay the camera etc. upside down on your desk, but that isn't a big problem for me.
Other Thoughts: I have bought a couple and have put them in my schoolbag, on my desk, next to my computer and everywhere I could need them because it is very handy to have them lying around.
Bottomline: You will bang your head against the wall if you need it and didn't buy some, so buy it!
Useful to have around

Pros: -Small in size
-Costs next to nothing
-Useful for charging host of devices that connect via 5 pin mini-USB
-Has a loop for attaching to keyring or bag
Cons: It could just be the one that I received, but I have to wrestle it a little to plug it into my Blackberry. Fit is a little snug in other devices as well, but I guess some people may see that as a plus as it's more secure. But like I said, it could just be that first one I received. Will be buying more, so I'll see.
Other Thoughts: I have charged/connected many of my devices with this little guy. Just to list a few, I have tested on my Blackberry, in car GPS, WD Passport external drive, two generic 2.5" HDD Enclosures (one of which requires extra power if the cable is too long. No such problems with this little guy)
Bottomline: Definitely recommended. It's very small and takes up practically no space at all. Keep it in your backpack/bag or buy a few to leave at the office and home. It could save your life one day.
Great overall substitute for a miniUSB to USB cabl

Pros: + I can use it with my MintyBoost and many miniUSB devices such as phones.
+ It's extremely cheap for what it does.
+ It has decent build quality.
+ It doesn't take up too much space and doesn't have all that cable slack.
Cons: - If you do hook it up to a MintyBoost + phone and try calling by holding the phone to your ear, this might fall off and so will the MintyBoost D: It seems fine though.
- Not practical in applications where a heavy device hooks up to the PC (like a TI-84 lol)
- With no cable slack comes no cable. I have a USB extension cable though so no worries.
Other Thoughts: It looks exactly like the dongle that came with the Acekard RPG (one of my influencing decisions). It looks nice with it sticking out of my PC along with the RPG (since I got a review card w/o the dongle).
Bottomline: If you need a cheap connector like this, GET THIS. It's so cheap and useful and tiny, the applications are virtually endless.
