Pros: No touching and spill free.
Works well If you need more soap, just put your hand underneath the spout again. 
Refilling is very easy.
Looks like stainless steel even though plastic, very classy
 
Cons: Did not come with microfibre cloth as advertised on box
Does not have an optional musical chime as advised in product description by DX
 
Other Thoughts: Well worth the money to get this.  Easy to install and use.
I brought two of these and one had quite a lot of soap on it, and the other had a little inside, so I guess they are pretested in the factory.
You need to flush the unit with water to clean and start it working when you first receive it.
