Pros: Great for using it with a video capturing device or PC cards. Cheapest price on the net bar none. Used them for video capturing from my PSP, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Works great with Dazzel USB Capture device.
Cons: The build quality is my only concern they seem durable for what they are. But this is the break in period, so far so good. But like the old saying goes you get what you pay for.
Other Thoughts: Aside from the usefulness of these adapters. Deal Extreme should have an automatic discount if you buy more then 2 get $1.00 off or some deal like that.
Bottomline: A definite little adapter that comes in handy at a great price.
Pros: I am using this to use the digital input to my audio receiver with two sources - works great, just like I expected. If you buy it for the same application, keep in mind that you can't have both inputs transmitting at the same time. Product looks and feels solid enough.
Cons: none so far...
Other Thoughts: I am also using a this product to combine two analog R/L audio inputs so that I can have two inputs into the same receiver channel. works great there too
Bottomline: Its a simple, good and handy product for a good price, as long as you have particular use for it.
Pros: Great splitter for female RCA jacks. Very compact, no mess, helps make your A/V setup easier.
Cons: They do take up a little room, so if you are using them on a unit that has rows of jacks close together, they could block the jacks nearby. But there is no way around that!
Other Thoughts: Get a couple of these if you need to run the output from an audio source to several components. I use them to use my HD cable box audio out to the TV and also the home theater system, so I can use either.
Bottomline: You could easily pay four times this much for similar items at a store. If you ever tinker with your audio components, get several delivered and have them on hand.
Pros: Handy for video editing, like putting both sound tracks onto one channel
Cons: Not high quality, but in general its all you need.
Bottomline: If you do any home video, then you're bound to need one.
