Pros: I replaced a 3 in 1 splitter (that I purchased here as well) with this one. This one is much better quality and it has two USB ports. I find now that I use the USB much more often than the power sockets since most of my devices have computer cables.
Cons: no cons whatsoever -- this is a top-notch product at bargain basement prices

Bottomline: the bottom line is that this is a must-have product for anyone with a vehicle who uses electronics
Pros: - Nice build, feeling of good quality - Blue LED to show it is working - 2 USB ports for USB charging on 500mA
Cons: - Doesn't work with Iphone 3G with USB cable - Not enough power on USB port to work with a modded cable (100k ohms from 5V to pins 2 and 3 to provide voltage on pins 2 and 3 as in a laptop)
Other Thoughts: I may try to mod the USB port to make the work in parallel and provide real 1000 mA in one USB plug ...
Bottomline: Worth buying if you don't own an iphone or you do not want to charge real greedy device on current over USB ports.
