Pros: Cheap and very small, solid construction. European & HK devices fit perfectly .
Cons: None .
Other Thoughts: Seems like measurements for US/Canada plugs are just 0.5mm or so off, so it's hard to use on any socket, even though that's the main purpose of this adapter .
Bottomline: This is good as a temporary solution. Pernament use (particularily with a two pronged plug) is less advisable as foreign object may enter the small crevaces and possibly cause a fire or shock hazard .
Pros: This adapter works very well. I am from the United Kingdom. I am currently in Toronto, Canada and am using this adapter to charge my laptop, mobile phone, camera charger, shaver e.t.c. I have purchased 3 of these adapter & they are very useful for all UK visitors travelling to Canada & the United States. Dont forget that certain items that operate at 240V will require a step-down convertor. Cheers.
Cons: None so far. Works well.
Other Thoughts: Great for UK residents visiting Canada or the United States.
Bottomline: Buy a few if travelling to Canada or the United States.
Pros: Cheap and very small, solid construction. European & HK devices fit perfectly.
Cons: Very hard to fit into most US sockets, also very hard to fit most US plugs into it.
Other Thoughts: Seems like measurements for US/Canada plugs are just 0.5mm or so off, so it's hard to use on any socket, even though that's the main purpose of this adapter.
Bottomline: Will most likely require some creative filing, but for the price, acceptable.
Pros: Works well
Cons: None
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: Great for the price.
