Pros: programs for most tv's in under 10 secondson a keychain for easy accessthe size is very smallbattery is included in packagingnot heavy at all

Other Thoughts: The build quality is great and it works like a charm. It would be helpful to have some sort of a light on it to tell when you push a button down so you know it is recognizing the button being pushed

Pros: Good Price and it works.
Cons: My instruction tell you to press the button 5sec then release it will scan. Not the case you press and hold then it scans. With out my IR detector it would have just appear to be broken.

Bottomline: I like it quickly scanners threw codes and works well.
Pros: - This little remote really works.- Works on majority of CRT tvs.- very lightweight- good to do a joke on someone
Cons: - tried it on an old grundig (has 20 years lol) - didn't expect it to work and confirmed- tried it on new LCD TVs (samsung) but doesn't work neither
Other Thoughts: Once you install the supplied battery, all you have to do is press the mute button until the television you are pointing it to mutes. It is important that you release the mute button suddenly, or else the remote will continue scanning other frequencies losing that one frequency that works with your tv. If by chance you're not fast enough, all you have to do is keep on scanning until you the TV mutes again.
Bottomline: if you have a CRT Tv and lost or damaged its remote, this remote is basic enough to have the job done!

Other Thoughts: i check it on 4 brand of TV. It works with Samsung, Sony(LCD), Philips(LCD); but does'n work with Hitachi (LCD)Now i want to try it on DVD...
