Pros: The plastic is very clear, so there weren't any tiny scratches or discolouration when I got it
No belt clip or unnecessary plastic mould lines on it, the case actually looks quite beautiful. Comparable to a Belkin Acrylic case they make you make $30 for in the shops.
Camera and scroll wheel 'cut outs' are perfect

This is hard to explain but - the screen area of the nano on the plastic case is exactly outlined a little - it feels quite smooth and looks pretty good.
The top plastic section is covered besides the hold button
A very clean look - case holds the nano securely, as in I can't remove the case without some effort.
Get 2 or 3 of these at this price - If one scratches/chips/cracks/breaks itself, well, it's only $1.65

Cons: Quite honestly none. The case feels rather... expensive.

Other Thoughts: Mayeb include a screen protector and dock/bottom area protector? I'd happily pay 10x the price for this case.

Bottomline: I'm going to buy more of these. And it's actually saving me money because they are so cheap. I go through iPod cases quite quickly and this case is one of the best. I used to have a Switcheasy UltraBlack CapsuleThins but it wasm't as good as this.
