Pros: + cheap+ pretty good quality+ will make your psp like new
Cons: - nothing really. Hard to say since its just a couple of rubber bits

Bottomline: got these since my old lost there responsiveness and now my pSP is feeling better than in a long time. I really cant tell that much about the quality but they seem to be pretty good quality since they do the job pretty good. So get these if you have bad button responsiveness, you cant beat the price and im pretty sure they will make magic to your psp as it did to mine
Pros: These were great replacements for my psp-1000Installed them and now my psp buttons are responsive again.Best price i have seen for these.
Cons: just a little thing but i had to cut one of the silicon pads just a little so it would fit on one side.Just cut it with some scissors.

Bottomline: If you're buttons are less responsive I recommend you buy these as a replacement. They work great.
Pros: Build quality is good. They are not as thick as originals but this gives the buttons a slightly softer feel when pressed. I strongly recommend using these if purchasing replacement buttons as no height adjustment was required on two different PSP's
Cons: None really. They are a little thin but not so much that they feel like they would rip during use.
Bottomline: Nice replacement. Very easy to install. Has a nice softer touch to the buttons when pressed. I would strongly suggest to spend a little extra $$$ to get these when adding a custom button set for the PSP
Pros: -The price for sure. Can't beat this awesome price.-Just like described.-Saves the PSP if your buttons are messed.
Cons: -None, except for the fact that it comes in bubble wrap and a tiny plastic bag. It's easier to ship though.
Other Thoughts: -You kinda have to open your psp to put it in, so make sure you are ok with voiding your warranty. Or, if you are pro enough, you can remove the sticker carefully.-My psp was perfectly fine, but I was bored so I got this.
Bottomline: Get it if your buttons are losing responsiveness or maybe if they are getting stuck. Or get it for no reason like me.
