- Driver/Application for win7 is not included
- Older backtrack 3 CD in Chinese.
- Small 2Db Antenna included in the package.

Other Thoughts: In my box is a normal USB lead, not one with double connectors. as discribed here
it is drawing 500 Mw. so it is no way possible that it sends with 800 Mw.

Bottomline: Great deal for your money. perfect adapter,
i miss the dual usb lead in my box.
on one usb connector it is never possible to draw more then 500 Mw.
on this moment i can not tell if it is really 800 Mw, going to test it tonight.

Pros: Good quality at great price. Now, with this device get access to the entire network anywhere in the house. This has improved the quality of the signal received and the Internet have not cut it.

Cons: I have no cons, not having purchased more than one for each computer in your day

Other Thoughts: I recommend this device to anyone who wants to get good signal, plus comes with the software necessary to decrypt passwords, although I already knew that.

Bottomline: In the end, I decided to buy another but will not have to be driving and leave it fixed in place, is the first web purchase and am very happy about it.

Pros: -> Works with Ubuntu Linux out-of-the-box
-> Performance is good, seems to be more stable when paired with distant AP's
-> is absolutely amazing when paired with sku.25292 (picks up 3 AP's by itself, and over 20 with the antenna).

Cons: -> only includes a small antenna. 800mW power only helps transmission, but not reception.
-> funky 2-headed USB cable (I guess it draws more power than one port can supply?)
-> feels kinda light and plasticky, cheap

Other Thoughts: -> gets noticeably warm when in use

Bottomline: two of these units, and two of sku.25292, and you can communicate over an enormous distance

Pros: Product is useful and works great. I was able to detect wireless spots not seen with my regular and other built in wifi lan. I wa sable to connect to many wifi. Signal strength was seen to increase from one bar to 5. Use right out of the box! It does the job. Ordering more now.

Cons: No instruction manual. The Linux BackTrack is in Chinese not in English. Product casing, that is to say the outside shell is not very strong and could break if dropped. So be careful. Treat it as fragile and becraeful that the antena does not break off. Thee product is sturdy enough if you it with care.

Other Thoughts: Better construction and maybe another model that offers 2000mw and wireless N support too, with software and English instructions that allow you to tweak. Ok, if product costs more but offers more

Bottomline: I love this item. I was thrilled to connect to locations with it that I could not before. Price is cheap. Supports Linux Backtrack. I like chinese electronic products not because of the built quality but because you get more for your money. They do more great things. I have not compared this item to Alpha brand. I will soon. But I am ordering more of these units. Because i know that they work and because the power can be adjusted with inluded software. NOt so with other models including Alpha.
