Pros: Price. Inexpensive. Has sound.low power.
Cons: Out of Focus. This thing is out of focus. Cannot take it apart so that I can try to focus it. This is fixed focus, and cannot focus and see a clear image within 20 feet. Yes, you can see the shape of a body. But you cannot see whether the person has a neck when 15 feet away.This does not come with power supply. However, the power supply replacements are inexpensive in NYC. Can get it for about $5.
Other Thoughts: If I can take this apart, and get it focused, then great. If not, it is not a total garbage, but the police will say it is useless to identify the person
Bottomline: If you got this unfocused, you loss money like I did.
Pros: -Very secure aluminum housing-Thick glass plate protects the internals-I have observed a very neat design of circuitry inside this camera-Video quality is amazing at day and nightr-IR LEDs really help to see in complete darkness
Cons: I can not think of any
Other Thoughts: -I drilled new holes for the screws so that I could mount it vertically on a wall-Amazing video quality at day and night-Great for home or business security systems-The cost is very generous for such an awesome product.
Bottomline: This is a very high quality camera for an unbeatable price! It is easy to customize this camera because of the great design. I highly recommend this product
Pros: this is a good productthe built quality is very goodthe IR leds work fine too and the light detector is fine too.it works fine day and night, at night at black and white and the quality is ok
Cons: I got another one with 30 IR leds and the night video is better then this one (and this one costs more)the sound is ok form close range but not from a distance
Other Thoughts: this is a nice camera with a solid built, but you can get a better one here (at night) for a better price
Bottomline: it's very good and at a nice price but I will get the creeper ones next time
Pros: the camera its ok, good images like webcam, and usefull and safe voltage, I think it's a good investment,
Cons: the audio its bad because only so close to it can be listen, bit its ok, The led IR emitted a few light it´s visible, the camera don´t come with your source power but its very easy to getwith the voltagr and miliamps. requerided
Other Thoughts: its cheap and easy installation, I think that anybody can install a device like this, its very easy with few tools,
Bottomline: everything it´s ok, and the most importance the price y the quality, ane thing more the quality of the images its no HD, but is funcional
