Pros: - Cute
- Cheap
- Can hold up to 4 tooth brushes
- Spice up your bathroom
- It makes sure that you do a long enough brushing session 
Cons: - Need a tooth paste holder :D
- Can get a bit squeezy when you put 4 tooth brushes 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: If you don't have a toothbrush holder yet, or you feel that you don't brush your teeth long enough, then you must buy this one :)
