Pros: Compact, excellent quality, very bright and I use it during 3 months already without changing a Sony AA battery! Waterproof! Has spear tail-caps, carrying strap and holster, enough modes to be used in different life-situations (just lightening your way at night or dancing with strobe at a night-club!)
Cons: NO! Guys, be honest – 46 bucks when the same toy really costs 70 of more in local store?!!
Other Thoughts: Going to use one fore under-water fishing. It is always in my bag where ever I go. People really keep asking WHERE DID I GET IT?!
Bottomline: Worth the money spent. May run not as long as 2AA or other versions do, but is much more useful and compact!
Worked for a day or so.

Pros: -Really bright
-Lots of different modes
-Easy to change modes
-Very small
-Works with AA batteries which is good.
-Comes with different color button caps.
-Nice looking finish.
Cons: -Shitty quality on the lightbulb (broke after a few days)
-Really hard to change the button cap
-Hard to turn the light on sometimes
Other Thoughts: Kinda overprice in my opinion, but what can you expect?:P
Bottomline: If your lucky this light is a good buy, but really bad quality on the bulb and the protection. Be careful!
Let there be LIGHT!

Pros: * small, and good weight
* extremely good build quality
* high-quality materials
* very nice looking
* strong light beam!
Cons: * People constantly ask where to buy it.
* It ruined my knife when I tried to damage it! :P
Other Thoughts: This is the first flashlight I've bought,
and seeing the quality of the materials
that are used and the build quality, it
may be the last! I can't imagine that this
thing will break ever. I'm truely amazed!
I've tried everything I could think of
in this week to damage it. Dropping it,
keeping it under running water for 30
minutes, cutting it with my knife, and
yesterday I even ran it over with my car!
NOTHING! The dexlight still looks brandnew!
I'm recommending this to everyone that is
looking to buy a flashlight that lasts forever.
Bottomline: I've ran out of words, never saw a flashlight
that is THIS good at this price. Do it, buy one!
Failed to excite.

Pros: HAIII looks nice. The fast strobe will turn the stomach of your spouse pretty quick. Fun to play with.
Cons: Not as efficient as other lights of the ilk, nor as good a value, and it appears that this light has been abandoned by its creators. The tint is raging purple, the UI is confusing and the book is not at all clear or correct on how to enter to exit the various modes. The much cheaper Stainless C3 is brighter and has better battery life (though it lacks the modes). The PWM is annoying. The sheath continues with the weird misguided notion that the belt loop needs to have velcro for some reason, thus negating any value that it might have.
Other Thoughts: I really really wanted to like this light but was left disappointed, but just by the performance, but with the apparent lack of follow through by the manufacturer in regards to the extension tube. This light just does not perform on 1aa, and I don't like to feel that I am being blackmailed into buying 14500's and a charger just to get some inkling of value from this light. Add to that the dicey binning choices and disappointment suddenly outweighs any of the fun factor that this light has.
Bottomline: This is a a light that should have everything going for it but it failed in the final execution. I guess I expected more and a non-flashoholic would be mightily impresssed with it, but compared to every other light in its' category it underperforms in every way.
