Pros: I love this thing, i use it to record my Spanish class.
Its got pretty decent sound to it.
 
Cons: the screen stays on the whole time its recording, thus wasting its battery life when recording long times, but on full charge it can record a whole two hour class, and still have some charge left.
Very weird interface, hard to get use to.
 
Other Thoughts: very awesome to have a Mp3 player and a video player AND a voice recorder all on your wrist.
 
Bottomline: I'm very pleased with mine.
Buy it if you have the money.
