Pros: The light I received is pretty decent and even though it's not perfect, I don't really have any major complaints. The finish is gray and pretty nice, just like in the pictures. It takes protected Trustfire 14500s and output is pretty much what you'd expect. The assault bezel is not removable but has rounded edges which means it probably won't tear your pockets to pieces but you do want to keep it away from your cell phone and other electronics.
Cons: Came unlubed with two shredded o-rings.
Other Thoughts: Light has mode memory (but skips to the next mode when turned back on).
Bottomline: GITD reverse clicky works but feels sort of cheap. It's also semi-translucent and made of a thinner rubber/silicone than most DX clickies. When I tried to replace it, I discovered that they glued the clicky assembly into place for some reason.

Pros: + Nice beam
+ Very bright
+ Takes both 1.2v/1.5v AAs and 14500
+ Nice GITD clicky
+ Comes with larnyard
+ O-rings at the lens and body
+ Water-proof [I have not tried a submerge test]
+ Good size for EDC
Cons: - Ugly algae-ish green Color, unlike as shown in the pictures, grey.
- Finishing feels sticky and lubricated?
- circular machine-ing marks that looks a little un-sightly. Perhaps better sanding/smoothing before applying the finish?
- Tailcap is a little difficult to screw back.
- Messy soldering job on the pill and driver board.
- excessive thermal glue between emmiter and housing. Looks like melted marshmellow taht has been stepped on
- a small "dent"/"chip" in the "e" between "u" and "F" in UniqueFire
- Quite a bit of debris stuck between threading causing a little difficulty screwing back the tail and head sections
Overall apperance of the body looks as if it's sprapy painted. a little more grip desired.
Other Thoughts: I'm really not sure if it's my hands that are oily and sticky or it's the finishing on the body that caused that feel to my hands. did try to wipe the flashlight body and washed my hands, but it still feels a little "lubricated" and sticky.
A little icky is what some will say.
Bottomline: A nice flashlight to have
Shall always keep my hand clean before handling to prevent excessive "icky-ness" feeling on the hands.
Did I mention the color shown here in the pics and the color on hand is really different?
I really prefer the one shown in the pic.
Perhaps DX can feedback to the manufacturer about the color? I'm sure improvements can be made somehow for future customers.

Pros: This is a very sturdy light that runs on a single AA battery, alkaline or NiMH. It is watertight, with a rubber cap over the switch and rubber O-rings for the front glass and the other threads. It gives a lot of light, and with the Cree led it is probably efficient.
Cons: The switch is a bit fiddly. It is too easy to depress it a little, and the light changes to the next mode.
Other Thoughts: I unscrewed the back end by mistake. This is not so easy to put on again, as it has double O-rings. The easy way to put the battery in is to unscrew the front (glass side) from the tube. The battery goes in with the + towards the front and the - to the switch side.
Bottomline: A good light that throws strong light, and can be dimmed.
