A really good Gadget for PSP

                                            Pros: Came protected
The look was almost as new.
Came in a cute little ziploc bag.
Easy to manage
 
                                            Cons: Doesn't come with instructions, so you have to find a way to install it somewhere else, but is not a big problem.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: It works really well, even though ate the beginning I had problems intalling it, since the problem of my analog became worst, but after a few moments of looking inside the functioning, now works like if it was new. (Really like if it was new)
 
                                            Bottomline: A really good deal if you are looking for a replacements analog stick for PSP fat.

                                            Other Thoughts: After playing overtime on Pro Evolution Soccer my analog stick died and was always stuck to the same direction. Did some research on what and where to get and that was the reason I found out about this extremely good and cheap shop and since then I bought quite a few stuff for my psp's. 
Some sites were asking 10-15 euro's for this and that seemed very expensive, because it was so easily replaced, I decided to buy it and fix it myself. The result is very satifying!
 
                                            Bottomline: This product is very good and does what is must do. It was even cheaper because I bought 3 of them, so I have some spare in case I play Pro Evolution Soccer till I drop.

                                            Pros: - Easy to apply! You only need to take out 7 screws to change it.
- Works good!
- Feels like the orginal Analog stick.
 
                                            Cons: - When you slide it left and let it go it wont reset to normal position.. But thats only a minor issue.

                                            Bottomline: A cheap, fast, and good way to change your Analog stick.
If your analog stick fails you dont go the sony way. Go the DealExtreme way :)

                                            Pros: works fine, looks good with transparent casing and Black casing
 
                                            Cons: There really are none, unless you get a bad model.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: I got this to go with transparent psp case
If your analog is moving to any side then follow these steps ***
1) clean the analog contacts (bottom of analog) with alcohol
2) clean the rubber joining piece that gives contact between the analog and the motherboard
3) replace faceplate, and go from there...
if you have an aftermarket faceplate and notice that it doesnt fit correctly then i would recommend the following
* Scuff up the contacts on the analog alittle with a blade or screwdriver
* bead a very small amount of solder on each contact of the analog stick (use silver bearing solder) file it down to remove the beading and make the surface flat.
 
                                            Bottomline: Get this if you want some difference to you psp or if the original analog stick is not working anymore.
