Pros: I was very impressed with this device.  You simply install the software on the CD and then connect to Skype.  You can easily select the individual you want to call from your caller list and connect.  Worked fine for me, used it more than a few times and the voice quality was fine.
 
Cons: The only issue I had is when this driver was loaded along side with a D-Link Adapter.  I had to disable the D-Link device inorder to use this device.  While not a fault really, something to be aware of.
 
Other Thoughts: It would be a super deal at $15-20 but I'm not disappointed.  If you travel and use Skype frequently (and prefer an optical mouse as opposed to those dang touch pads) then this is the device for you.  It is nice to have both the mouse and the Skype phone combined into a single easy-to-pack unit.
 
Bottomline: Showed this device to several friends, all were impressed by it.  I didn't spend much time with the speaker phone capability but nice to know its there.  Seemed to work fine as a mouse and Skype phone.  I'd recommend it if this is something you are looking for.
