Pros: - bright for non-flashlight fanatics
- orange tailcap button
- big head allows for good focused light with crisp edges
- wrist strap is a plus
- the head and reflector are removable so access to the LED is quite easy
- Momentary click is triggered while off rather than while on


Cons: - tailcap button is hard to press (suggested get a pack of tail caps and trip the inner button to your licking)
- does not tail stand
- fairly large body for a AA (due to big head )
- LED is off center
- square part of the body makes mounting on a bike mount hard
- Could use some textured grip for the middle


Other Thoughts: Good light
easy to mod because of access to the LED


Bottomline: $11.50... CANNOT GO WRONG :) i might as well buy like 4 and leave around the house with eneloops in them. might put a Q5 or the spare P4 from my broken C3.

Pros: + Small and light weight, no rattle with battery inside
+ It is solidly built, well anodized and has o-rings
+ It has a very bright and tight spot (good thrower), outer ring is a bit smaller than RC-A3 (sku 5346)
+ Orange tailcap is easier to see in the dark and has forward clicky
+ Irregular shape of the barrel makes it easy to hold
+ Only get a little warm and cools quickly


Cons: - Can't tail stand
- The head unscrew to expose the emittor, this is good for modders, but not good for others when we need to remove the battery that got stuck inside (though unlikely). Actually this can be a pro as you can unscrew the head to illuminate a big area like a candle
- Has a ring in the beam but don't really matters


Other Thoughts: You may want to bring several batteries with you if you are going to use this continuously.
I managed to get more than 1hr runtime on cheap Ni-MH battery, but the light started to dim after running for sometimes, but due to the tight spot, the beam is still useful. Better battery will likely improve runtime.
Tail threads are uncoated but not the head threads. The head must be screwed in tightly otherwise there will be artifacts in the spot.
The brightness of this light to RC-A3 is comparable. But RC-G2 is longer in length than RC-A3 and has a larger head.


Bottomline: This light is very bright for the price and running on a single AA battery make it a good EDC light!

Pros: bright, cheap, hard and durable aluminum casing, led emitter seems pretty robust too, only requires one AA battery


Cons: cant stand on end, unable to be used as a candle light, mine has a slight green tint to the light output, I'm used to larger flashlights, so this small one might get lost


Other Thoughts: if they made one with the durable aluminum casing + rubber shock absorbers/grip, that'd be awesome


Bottomline: heck of a deal for $12, i hope this company keeps making quality (and cheap) flashlights such as these, ive been using it on and off for two months now on the same battery

Pros: Amazing, small, bright, great quality, nice narrow beam, sturdy. Great.


Cons: Can't really think anything.


Other Thoughts: This is great little led light when you need good quality, small and affordable light. It is easy to use, light and feels good. Light is really bright for it's size and competes really with my 3D maglite (non led).


Bottomline: Great small light for those who might need one for outdoors or just for sure in home. It is really amazing in its price and can compete with two or three times more expensive models easily.
