Pros: - Works perfectly plugged into computer or via USB charger- One of the funnest things i have ever brought from dealextreme (and ive brought alot)- Great for showing off to your mates because they all have heard of them but never seen 1!
Cons: - Only works in 4-5V chargers. I put it into a 5.5V USB charger and the USB end started to overheat.

Bottomline: -LOOKS SOOOOOOOOOOOO COOOL! you can show off to your mates (i did lol) and alot of fun to play with when your bored or good little lamp in your room.-Looks awesome in the Dark
Pros: It's quite cheap.Just plug it in and watch it go.If you ever wanted a plasma ball this is a good way to go.
Cons: It's a bit 'plasticy' in appearance and feel, but it seems well built, it just looks cheap.
Other Thoughts: It's not too large, which may be good or bad depending on your preferences. You could install it into your pc case as the power indicator and really wow your friends.Other than that it's not really very interesting, you get over it after a while.
Bottomline: It's a plasma ball, it does what it says and it can be fairly entertaining for a little while, or a decoration for your desk. Because it relies only on power supply you can use it with the usb ports on pretty much anything (eg. mp3 charger, computer etc.)On the downside, plasma balls aren't really that interesting in the long term.
Pros: - simple to use just plug it in and it will play.- nice colours, purple blue and a bit of pink. better than other all blue ones.- makes a great gift :). impresses most people.
Cons: - the ball doesnt feel like glass. more like some acrylic material.- The box looks very made in china like. So some alternate wrapping might be needed if it is indeed used for a gift.
Other Thoughts: - plastic ball I assume is still safe as plastic does not conduct electricity. Also this enforces its durability, at least enough to go through mail without much worry as glass is more fragile than whatever material is used for the ball.- a budget ball that you have always wanted. Heres your chance.
Bottomline: Get one, u know u want it (althought not very useful...).
Pros: Easy to use and works as advertised.DX packed this item very well in special bubble wrap packing.
Cons: The On/Off switch seems kind of wimpy. Overall..Not a very useful item. Got bored of it rather quickly.
Other Thoughts: Kids find this fun for awhile, but easily get bored. Might be nice for a small display as an attraction getter.
