Bottomline: A good buy. If you cannot make up a 7.5 ohm resistor I advise, just choose the next higher value. The loss of brightness will be very little
Pros: I have not purchased this item. It is similar to other LED boards in this style offered by DX and there could well be the same problem. With proper precaution in use it should be just as excellent a purchase.
Cons: The LEDs are liable to failure at the charging voltages produced in an automobile alternator.
Bottomline: The simple solution is to add a 7 or 8 ohm, 1 watt resistor in the red power wire. Do this and all should be fine
