Pros: This device has been very handy. My girlfriend's cat managed to chew through the cord of my MP3 player's USB charging cable so I bought 3 of these (2 as gifts) so that I could use the car charger. It works exactly as described.
Cons: I tried using this device with a couple of higher current draw items (one of those little car tire inflators and a car vacuum) and it couldn't provide enough power. The build quality feels fairly cheap and it doesn't seem like it's really holding the plug in very well.
Bottomline: Overall it works and it's cheap, and that's all you can ask for out of a device like this. Buy it if it's what you need and you want to use your car devices in the house.
Pros: - It is very small;- It is very useful for Car gadgedts (MP3 players and Cell chargers);- I bought a MP3 player with the car plug and I use it.

Bottomline: It would be nice if the structure and the plastic were mad in a better build quality. However, considering the price, I think it is a good deal (as alaways).
Pros: Useful if you have a lot of 12V car gadgets that you want to power at home.Compact and very small.
Cons: Something popped and it became unusable after a few uses.Give the wire more slack when you use it as the 12V plugs does not have a strong hold on on the device.Needs another adaptor if for other countries not using the same plugPin does not hold on some of my adaptors and becomes very loose.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you switch of the main before plugging in your devices.
Bottomline: Not amazingly cheap but it is a hard to find item.
Pros: Great for using 12 volt car accessories in a 110 outlet. Small compact. Works well for the intended purpose. Cheap but good build. Simple design.
Cons: only works with lower draw items (rechargers, etc.) Small so easy to lose if your not careful. Plug sticks out a bit so be careful not to catch it on anything
Other Thoughts: I bought this hoping it would power my 12 volt car DVD for in my camper. he DVD just draws to much so this didn't work. It does work to use to recharge my GPS, DS. Cellphone etc) I lost this in a box that goes back and forth to camp- it is small and easily misplaced
Bottomline: A handy gadget to have if you have a lot of low power 12 volt items.
