Good quality, voids warrenty during installation

Pros: The gold color of plastic looks pretty good.
Installation is fairly simple as long as you're being gentle
Decals and button names are the same as on your default panel
Replacing your panel will obviously take the old screen scratches away along with your previous panel.
 
Cons: Installing the panel requires you to remove a bolt that sits underneath a warranty-voiding-sticker = installation WILL void your warranty if applicable.
The panel comes with no buttons, so be gentle when transferring your old ones = some are slightly glued to the old panel, but they will re-stick to your new one.
 
Other Thoughts: my panel came in slightly scratched on one very small area, but the screen came protected from both sides with some sticker.
you will need to remove glue residue from the inner screen side before installing it or you'll be annoyed when you realize you have something on the inner panel side.
 
Bottomline: good quality product, delivers what promised and nothing more.
a good conversation piece for wannabe pimps such as myself.

Cons: None! 
Other Thoughts: Take 3 to get some DX points! 
Bottomline: Cheap cheap super cheap, great for resell.
