Pros: I live in the U.S. and surprisingly this has worked on every cell phone I've come across. I thought I would have to modify it in some way to get it to work with U.S. phones. I haven't modified it in any way. I know for a fact that it has so far worked on Nextel(Sprint), AT&T, and Verizon. If you're within 10 feet or so of the jammer, the phone will have no service. It also travels through walls.

Cons: Distance isn't great but it's not too bad either. You need to be within 15 feet of a cell phone to have any effect.

Pros: works straight out of the box.cuts them off dead.all it does is removes all of the signal bar and breaks the call within a few seconds.The 10 meter range is true and goes through buildings.Dont use it for long periods or you will risk detection.
dont use it within 10m of someone needing to make an emergency services call

Cons: cheap, useful ,effective

Other Thoughts: very naughty.its worth it just to see the looks on their faces.If you are trying to run a business and are sick of rude interuptions from peoples phones going off while you are trying to serve them
this gadget is a "must have" tool

Bottomline: Used discreetly and carefully(sneaky)you will never be caught.
Iam so pleased with mine I have come online today to order some more

Pros: (excuse my english)

It works fine in Paris (France) without tuning

I don't test 3G, but GSM, it was funny in subway to see the people looking and shaking their phone.

it takes between 1 and 2 minutes to work.

Cons: I've replaced the battery with a genuine Nokia BLC-2.(see the picture i've uploaded above)
I use the Nokia ACP-7e charger.
It takes 7 hours for loading (until the red led shuts down)
The battery lasts 110 minutes.

And during loading, neither the charger nor the battery gets hot, so it's safer.

Other Thoughts: it works in subway at a range of 2 to 4 meters, maybe more, don't know.....

Bottomline: very nice for this price

Pros: Does exactly what it says it does.

I've bought loads of these, never had any problems with customs (I'm in the UK).

Blocks most phones perfectly.

Very easy to use.

Not obvious what it is - most people won't realise what the gizmo does.

Standard Nokia chargers fit.

Cons: None really, 3g blocking can be a bit hit and miss, but that's easily solved with a bit of tuning.

Other Thoughts: There's info out there on how to tune these - just do a quick google.

Bottomline: Buy one! They are well worth the money.
