Pros: Cool little gadget that will entertain many for hours upon hours.Not hard to fly.Nice-looking blue LED that flashes on the inside.Not too expensive.
Cons: Spins at high velocity on takeoff. This is not a trimming problem, but rather a problem involving the rear rotor not starting fast enough.Easily loses reception. When it does, it just repeats the last action it was told to do, such as flying upwards.Does not have a battery cutoff function. It will continue to fly at power untill you recharge it.
Other Thoughts: I was kinda ticked when DX got a 3-channel one right after I bought this one, but oh well. It's still pretty cool.
Bottomline: Good for a starting RC Heli, but will be very dull to an expreienced flyer.
Pros: Its a mini helicopter, the price is cheap.
Cons: Of course its very fragile, not enough power to maintain its own flight.
Other Thoughts: I sent this to my brother as a gift. he was stoked to recieve it, but when he fully charged it for flight, it would take off, but not maintain flight. It would go up and slowly come back down to the ground without throttling down from the remote control. Not sure why it cant support itself in the air, no accessories were attached to it. If it did fly well on its own , then it would be pretty good. Maybe I just got a bad unit.
Bottomline: Well, try your luck on this mini helicopter if you are looking for a cheap way to wet your appetite for flight.
Pros: great price. once you have mastered it it flys really well (just takes a while)
Cons: instructions on the box are pretty poor and very small,no other insructions so dont throw box away befor you read them.packing is too good, could easily break it getting it out of the box.trimming is a pain to get correct but once you master it its fine.
Other Thoughts: quite robust which is good cause you WILL crash it.
Bottomline: if you have problems flying it look for fairy helecopter on youtube and there is loads of videos that will help.
Pros: One of the best, or may be the best pocket sized two channels helicopters listed here! Really good flight time, stable control, goodp build quality and price.
Cons: I have two of these, have problems only with the one of them after crash in the wall, the rear rotor has broken, so i need to replace it with new one from another helicopter.
Other Thoughts: If you wanna really small helicopter that one is perfect, the body is strong and there is no problem for crashes. Not so easy to fly with, but with some practice you will be satisfied :)
Bottomline: Best one I've tried over here.
