Pros: - well it works, so far my notebook has not been grabbed away.
- it looks solid, and thieves will think they'll need special tools to steel the notebook.
Cons: - cable is a little bit to short
- the locking mechanism itself is not as proof as it should be. (if I really would want to, I can easily rip off the cable out my notebook using some force)
Other Thoughts: When opening the package the cable might smell. This smell will fade away over time, and is no Con at all.
Bottomline: This is a cable giving the right perception of a un-theft-able notebook, for a fair price.

Pros: It's very cheap!
Strong and durable
---
Es muy barato!
Fuerte y duradero
Cons: Smells bad... I guess that it will pass as the time goes by.
The first time the lock didn't seem to work, you have to get used to it.
---
Huele mal... Supongo que el olor se irá según pase el tiempo.
La primera vez que lo usas, la cerradura parece que no funcione, tienes que cogerle el punto.
Bottomline: This item is a must have for everyone that goes to a lan party, it's perfect to secure laptops, external hard drives and anything you have that has this little hole.
---
Este cable es indispensable para cualquiera que vaya a partys, es perfecto para asegurar portátiles, discos duros externos y en general cualquier cosa que tenga ese pequeño hueco alargado.
If you care about your HD's, get these.

Pros: This item is great. It's simple and worth getting. You may not realize it but there is a space for these in every electronic device that you own. I bought three of them and connected them all to my product. I have an iMAC that it fits perfectly into the back of, as well as a Time Capsule, and a BOOK external HD.
Cons: It was difficult to figure out how to turn it at first, I was pretty frustrated and thought I had bought the wrong ones. Once you figure out that it turns just one direction and you make sure you don't use the wrong key..ahem.., you'll be good.
Other Thoughts: Keep the Keys hidden. These are just a bit of added security for your products. Anyone can break into your home and plan on doing a smash and grab, or even at your store. But not many will be breaking in with wire cutters for a quick job, so its great to use these for your external hard drives.
Bottomline: Great price, everyone should be getting these. It's really heartbreaking to lose your things, even worse if someone else has stolen them.

Pros: - Two keys
- Long enough cable
- Easy to use
- Unbeatable price; cheap safetey for your laptop.
Cons: - Smells kinda bad, but it goes away after a day or two. Doesnt smell as bad as some ppl claim, its absoloutley usable.
- The lock was abit weird getting used to, but once you understand that you have to press in the key while turning its easy to use.
- The wire could easily be snapped by a garden-tool or whatever.
- Sits kinda slacky in the lock-slot, so it could be smart to do the "tape-mod" on it; add some black tape on the inner pins (the ones which doesnt turn around) to remove the slack.
Other Thoughts: Very cheap safetey for your laptop, and you can comfortabley look away and leave it behind for a couple of minutes. Doesnt prevent anyone from destroying it, but how would it do that anyway. Very cheap compared to brand-locks, and worked perfectly in my Dell Studio 1555 with kensington-lock.
Bottomline: Great price, cheap protection from theft. Go for it, you wont find a lock with so much value for your money.
