Ownership verified by DX Not the same as the picture

Pros: Good strong boxes.
Spring-up lids all work (sometimes the lids arrive broken).
Lids are translucent (although not transparent)

Cons: I previously bought lots of these boxes a few years ago, and the old (yellow) boxes were:
Outside: 21x31x21mm
Inside: 18x18x18mm (ie cubic)
This is the type that is shown in the picture, and the type I thought I was buying.
However, it seems DX have changed the type of box, without changing the SKU number. The boxes I recieved are:
Outside: 25x31x21mm
Inside:21x18x18mm
The fact that the boxes are 3mm wider means they do not clip onto be existing boxes. Plus the box isn't rectangular - the right side has a curve on it - possibly to help the lid sit better?

Bottomline: If you want storage boxes for small things (transistors, SMD components), then get them.
If you want them to connect with your old boxes, then don't get them - they're too wide.

Ownership verified by DX Very Good!

Pros: Very good quality for this price! Nice little feature with the autoopening. Can´t be much better for a price like this.

Cons: None really right now. I couldnt find any problems with this product right away. Seams to be really good quality. Could have been just a little bit cheaper!

Other Thoughts: They are cheap! If you spilt the pricee in 10 its not much for each box. This was a really nice price (Maybe not extreme but close to that to).

Bottomline: This product was really nice! Its good to have if you have small things that doesnt need big boxes that take alot of space for nothing.

Ownership verified by DX The small size is the ONLY thing you shoud worry

Pros: + well contructed
+ come with a plenty amount
+ assemble and disassemble the way you like
+ transparent lid
+ seens that it will last long
+ simple and efficient spring-like lid open mechanism. seens that will last long too
+ locks in the mounts, so the boxes don't apart from each other, keeping things solid

Cons: - big space waste with auto opening stuff, but its very cool at all
- gets ugly because the mounting slots in the sides of each box
- the mount is so solid that disassemble is hard (what is a pro), don't need nothing more than your nails to do so, but I hurt myself two time before learn to take care and do thing withou giving blood to it XD.

Other Thoughts: The lids are green-transparent but not 100% translucid, so write the content in the lid and its perfect =)
Take care about the size, that DX correctly says, people don't read it and put the small size as a cons.

Bottomline: If you want something bigger ask for the sku.4727, it is 3 time wider, fits leds, resistor and even AA batteries.

Ownership verified by DX Good for SMD

Pros: -It's quite sturdy;
-Perfect size for SMD components(Resistors, capacitors, even ICs);
-Useful for hobby or if you work with prototypes of PCBs and have loads of electronic components.
-each box has a mechanism to open it just pushing the pin.

Cons: -it's not easy to separate each box, in fact it's a Pro, since it supose to stay together.

Other Thoughts: you need a tweezer. I like the sku.9163. i think it's the cheaper tweezer i found and come in 2-pack.

Bottomline: just 10 box it's not enough, you need at least 40 to organize all values of resistors and capacitor, but it lower than $15 bucks. a hot deal for me.
