Pros: Well built. 
Cons: Will not work with most of the VGA out connection.

No manual or documentation.

Other Thoughts: Should have read the reviews first or did some research. 
Bottomline: Buy it IF AND ONLY IF you are sure this will work with your system.

Pros: -cheap

-seems solidly built 
Cons: -none...  I just didn't do my research 
Other Thoughts: -I thought b/c I can output to another VGA monitor from my laptop that this would convert the signal to my RCA inputs on my TV.  WRONG! 
Bottomline: -This doesn't convert a signal meant for a monitor (VGA) to a TV signal (RCA).  It just changes physical interfaces.

Pros: build quality looks good 
Cons: didnt work for me even though i have a TV-out port.

Bottomline: useless for me as it didnt work. I'd advise caution for anyone contemplating buying this.
