Reported by a number of fellows from our forums, as most China-made green lasers do not come with an IR filter, protective eye wears are required while using this laser. If you are not sure what this means, get the 5mW version which is as safe as regular red lasers.

Pros: This is a very good laser pen, it is the best laser pen I have owned and I have owned alot lol. It goes alot further than I expected it would go.

Cons: the only bad thing about it is that it eats battery's up like nobody's business the only bad point about it really. If you have got rechargeable battery's and a battery charger then you don't really have a problem.

Other Thoughts: the beam from the laser pen goes really far and also it works amazing in the fog.

Bottomline: this is a good product and would probably invest in lots more.

Pros: I just got my laser today. I put in some better energizer batteries and it works so nice. I shined it around in the daytime and you could still see the dot everywhere you shine it which is amazing. But at night i was expecting maybe to just see a slight beam coming from the laser, but it was insane how bright the beam was, and you can see it go on forever. 

absolutely amazingly powerfull !

Cons: Possible IR dangers. Your laser may or may not have an IR filter. If it does not, shining it anywhere near your face will permanently damage your eyes.

So be very careful of reflections of this beam as it will do you permanent damage

Other Thoughts: The laser comes in a moderately nice case, with 2 alkaline batteries included. The laser itself seems very solidly built, with a good heft and a comfortable rubber grip. The laser itself works like a charm, and is very bright and easy to use.

Bottomline: Best laser for the 0-$50 range on the internet. Buy this, you wont be disappointed.

You have read this so you are interested just buy it you wont regret it !

Pros: The point is very bright and you can see the beam (specially with low light). 
The product itself has great quality and its super affordable!
The ray goes for like 1km far and its very visible at night. Its a great gadget to play around!
 
Cons: It doesnt pop balloons unless it has a black dot, but who cares anyway. Im not buying this because of that.
 
Other Thoughts: You wont get any similar laser at this price and it just rocks! Great for pointing stars or stuff in the sky or bothering your neighbors (there is not even one that likes lasers!)
 
Bottomline: Great product, GET IT!

US shipping restrictions a shame

Pros: Yes, you can really point at the stars.  Brighter than anything you can readily buy in the US.  SO CHEAP!
 
Cons: Somewhat cheap build quality, but not out of line for the price.  Holding it on for too long will cause the laser to dim out, and permanent damage from doing this too much... don't let friends use it!
 
Other Thoughts: The coolest thing I've purchased from DX, and that's saying something.  Impresses people to no end.
 
Bottomline: I bought this over a year ago and unfortunately could not order a second after I dropped and broke mine.  Stupid customs.  It used to just be a gamble; now DX won't even let you try.
