Pros: I am not happy, I am thrilled to find them match the labeled capacity.It arrived with 1.272V to 1.277V. Tested at 360mA, they ran for 1 hr 6 seconds, so close that is an indication of good quality control.Charging overnight and tested: this time they lasted 2hr 22 seconds, rated 852mA. The tester cut off voltage is 0.65V, auto stop when it is first reached.
Cons: Actually, I am happy. Good battery is expensive. So No complaint, including the battery case which is well made.
Other Thoughts: Now I read reviews before I commit to a perchase.
Bottomline: I choose this brand after reading reviews of people actually tested their capacity. Important are the consistancy of capacities when used in series where the first cell that exhausets will be reversely driven, resulting in damages.
Pros: + capacity actually higher than advertized with+ capacity spread, as result of material- or fabrication tolerances, are low, which means these can be paired more easily.+ storage case included
Cons: - quick charge current specified with 450 mA, many chargers do 500 mA
Other Thoughts: after the initial discharge-charge cycles until no further increase of capacity was measurable, the 4 I bought clocked in at 901, 920, 931 and 934 mAh. Two of them are now going through the self-discharge test, and once they made it through the first 100 recharge cycles, I'll measure their remaining capacity again - I hope that DX will let me post my findings then.
Bottomline: For less than half the price of "brand" 1100 mAh batteries which were all measured below 900 mAh, these seem to be a steal.
Pros: - very low price for 4 rechargeable batteries and a box...- quality is also high, i compared them with my older duracells and they were almost the same...- came with green plastic box for 4xAAA...- packaging is very good, not like some other things here on dx ;) ...
Cons: - unfortunately i have already destroyed my battery box ;(...- they are a little bit longer than my mini flashlight accepts, but it is not a big deal...
Other Thoughts: - i made some tests with tank007 flashlight bought here on dealextreme, soshine are comparable with little bit older duracell batteries...if you consider price - soshines are way better...
Bottomline: - very good batteries for that price - i ordered another three 4packs...
Pros: I have received two weeks ago 4 soshine batteries, and like other people have said:- Very good capacity, nowadays I don't know AAA batteries of more than 900mAh (real capacity).- Cute (green) case to keep them safe when you are not using them.- None of them came broken, so perfect.- Suitable for all electrical equipment which need AAA (1,2V) batteries.- Great price for a great item.
Cons: Maybe the funny guarantee you can read on the box before open.None more, no fail batteries.
Other Thoughts: I will buy again when I'll need more AAA batteries (maybe soon).
Bottomline: Not special treatment for this batteries vs other NiMh batteries you have.
