Does its job well

Pros: - very sturdy construction
- very cheap (much cheaper than popular auction sites)
- has an LED indicator (indicating if your numlock is on)
- does what it's supposed to do
- good quality cable, not some cheap, useless, retractable cable. 
Cons: - although it says it's a PS/2 connector, mine came in USB (actually, I purchased an additional PS/2 to USB connector just for this -- so it's useless now).
- packaging on mine came quite dusty. 
Other Thoughts: This unit initially did not work on my laptop, then I realized I had to press on the "numlock" key of my laptop for the green LED to power up on the keypad. 
Bottomline: If you need a keypad, you can't go wrong with this unit, especially for the price of it. :)
