Pros: - Cheap
- Similar to SD Gecko
- Loading of GC backup and homebrew
 
Cons: - Release of soft mod option to unlock GC
- SD card sticking out too much
- Lack of documentation
 
Other Thoughts: With the new release of a soft mod in the WII homebrew community, this device has lost all its beauty and uniqueness of the only device capable of unlocking the Gamecube portion of WII.
 
Bottomline: Unless you aren't too confident with the soft mod option that is available, this will do what you need it to do, load GC backups and homebrew.

Pros: - Matches Wii White color
- One of the better build quality items on Deal Extreme
- Not just for the WiiKey
- Works just like the original Gecko SD Adaptor
- Works with GameCube
 
Cons: - SD Card sticks out a fair bit
- Die to recent Wii Homebrew advances, not so useful
 
Other Thoughts: Now that the SD Slots on the wii have been unlocked, this isn't as useful as it once was.  This is only useful on GameCube homebrew and early wii homebrew.
 
Bottomline: If you absolutely need a SD Adaptor for whatever reason, this will do perfectly without paying 3x as much

Pros: If youre looking for a wii sd adapter then you could go elsewhere and pay upto 10x the price of this one.
It's exactly the same as any other sd adapter and does exactly the same job.
Dumps discs to the sd card perfectly with the wiikey dvd dump tool.
Also works with the sddvd dump tool runs homebrew and wiiware.
 
Cons: like another reviewer said plastic casing isnt great so dont take it apart or you will need superglue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: If you know what this is you either need one or you dont.
If you do buy it here it's the same as any other sd adapter for a fraction of the cost.

Pros: Pros: It works as it should, and isn't
a piece of shit as you might imagine something so cheap being.
It's really a good value.
 
Cons: Cons: If you are curious like me, you will open it to check the PCB quality.
However, when closing it the plastic 
will no longer take the screws, it's just 
too soft. If you open this up you might have to use glue to put it back together.
You have been warned!
 
Other Thoughts: I wish I had bought a few more, these are sure to be scarce one day.
 
Bottomline: If you have a modded or exploited gamecube, or a Wii with a wiikey, you need two of these. One as a backup.
This is great stuff for homebrew and loading demos.

Insert SD card convertor into the female station, and then plug one side of the SD card convertor with gold finger to SLOT-A or SLOT-B of Wii console. Choosing any slot to plug in is avaiable.
