Very bright and solid

Pros: Bright white light
Strong, solid housing
Waterproof
Easy to use
Uses AA batteries


Cons: The brightest dot in the middle is too small, the light is a bit too focused in the middle, i'd loved a more spreaded light.


Other Thoughts: Very good light for the price but it's actually exactly the same as the UltraFire C3 Cree 1xAA 1x14500 Flashlight sku.1993 that costs 2 dollars more (I have both). The only difference is the color of the housing and the useless holster.


Bottomline: I would recomend this to everyone. If you use good AA batteries it will last a very long time and illuminate everything you would ever want! Be carefull not to drop it with the lens downwards, that could affect the waterproofness.

Pros: + Small and light weight
+ The blinding brightness of this beats all the cheap generic LED flashlights; you will never want to go back to cheap flashlights again
+ It is solidly built, well anodized and has o-rings
+ The spot is quite big, with quite large outer ring; easily illuminate any object


Cons: - Get very warm on bare hand after a while but it cools quickly when switched off or battery is low
- Low runtime, but this is expected from just a single AA battery


Other Thoughts: You may want to bring several batteries with you if you are going to use this continuously.
I managed to get more than 1hr runtime on cheap Ni-MH battery, but the light started to dim significantly after about half an hour. Better battery will likely improve runtime.


Bottomline: This cree light is very bright and uses a single AA battery which is available everywhere. This will be my EDC light for sure.

Pros: This is my new favourite flashlight! Looks great. Mine is very bright - surprisingly - compares with my Cree Q5's. Spot is bigger which I like.
Build quality seems excellent to me. I'm more and more impressed with Romisen lights.


Cons: Mine says "Romisen" on the side - not SAIK which I would have preferred, not that it really matters. No other cons at all.


Other Thoughts: I'm going to use this on my bike helmet. It's small and lightweight. Perfect for this. I only wonder about runtime - getting this much light from a AA battery, I won't be surprised if it's not great. I'll just have to carry a spare battery I guess.


Bottomline: I'm very happy with it. Great value! I think I need some more of them.
