(uploaded by spencer) Another pic of the throw on a wall hanging from about 3 feet. Nice spot and spill. (uploaded by spencer) The pictures of the flashlight DX supplies are accurate. Here's light throw from about 5' in dark

Ownership verified by DX Great Value!

Involvement: General (knows how to use it) - Ownership: more than 1 month

Price: starstarstarstar
Ease of Use: starstarstarstarstar
Build Quality: starstarstarstarstar
Usefulness: starstarstarstarstar
Overall Rating: starstarstarstarstar

Pros: AA size means it is small and fits well in a pocket.
AA battery size is economical.
Good combination of throw and spill.

Cons: A hi/lo mode would help save on the battery.
Finish is a little thin, and eventually rubs off.

Other Thoughts: This is probably my favorite pocket flashlight. I never go out of the house at night without this light in my pocket.
Using 2500 mAh rechargeable batteries saves money and extends the useful time of the light.

Bottomline: Absolutely the best value in a single AA light. They make great presents!

Pros: Bright for its size
Fits in my hand nice, grips well
Solid feel
Same AA battery since March (its Oct now)
Wrist strap is perfect length

Cons: Wish I had more

Other Thoughts: Perfect light for anything. I've collected flashlights since I was a kid, and this cheap little china light is the best I've ever had. I have a 3W Energizer that uses 3 A123 rechargeable thats slightly brighter, but come on! Its 1 AA!!

Bottomline: Leave it in the car, camera bag (me), house, whatever. Considering its size, it can be placed anywhere. No regrets at all, I'm actually looking to buy more (and I dont need them, haha).
Just buy it...

Pros: 1.Small light comes with enough light
2.Use single AA battery.You can't beat that.
3.strap is big enough to fit your wrist.
4.Battery time is pretty long.

Cons: 1.no o-ring
2.It seems little smaller spot.
3.click thing is bit soft.
4.No lube

Other Thoughts: I also got the Small Flashlight Holster # 01373 and it still big for the flashlight.

Bottomline: I want to order some more of this because it's small enough for my kids and my wife to carry.
if you are looking for small flashlight for hiking and all...this is good enough.

Pros: - This one cute flashlight.
- Overall build quality is quite good, feels solid.
- Came with P4 emitter.

Cons: - Slight color difference b/w body and tail.
- dent and rough finish inside the body. Nothing major though.
- Not as bright as some other AA lights.
- It drains over 1A from the battery, and still is not as bright as some other AA light. It gets dim after an hour and half, then it stays "candle-like" dim for hours. The driver efficiency is poor and is not well regulated.

Other Thoughts: - The beam is like the picture you can see in this site.
- Very wide spill, which makes it useful inside the house. No thrower.
- You may want to replace driver board to get more out of this light.

Bottomline: Cute, useful household light. If you're expecting anythin
