Ownership verified by DX Really Great Value

Involvement: Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Price: starstarstarstarstar
Ease of Use: starstarstarstar
Build Quality: starstarstarstar
Usefulness: starstarstarstarstar
Overall Rating: starstarstarstarstar

Pros: Love the 5 modes (battery saver)
Feels like very solid
Pretty bright (with a 3.6V)
Was pre-lubed

Cons: Lanyard made for a 2 year old
Short threads
Doesn't keep modes very well

Other Thoughts: The bulb is a little smaller than the 3W Super Bright Cree P4 http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.2821 - and not as bright. I'm not sure that it's a real P4 It doesn't matter though - it's still a great little light!!

Bottomline: Get this light!! Don't make the mistake of getting a River Rock from Target for $22.

Ownership verified by DX Good light, but not the best machining.

Pros: Very bright with a newly charged battery.
Small enough to carry around in your pocket everywhere.
The three brightness levels are great if you want to avoid burning your eyes out at night.

Cons: The threads holding the back end on are too short and badly machined, there is less than two turns to remove it.
The front threads are glued stuck so you can't remove the head at all.
It has no voltage switching circuit to keep the light intensity up when the battery voltage runs down.
The strobe and SOS modes are useless except for annoying people.

Bottomline: There are better torches on this site at around the same price, get one of those instead.

Ownership verified by DX I made the wife happy

Pros: This little thing is as bright as my C2!

Cons: Had to clean up the threads a little bit. light gets hot fast on high but as small as it is that is expected.

Other Thoughts: I knew this light would be small but wow its tiny. I will take a couple of pictures next to a c2 and a 2D mag for an example.

Bottomline: After the wife asked me why the heck did I need another flash light I bought her this one. I think she understands now. I wonder if I could get away with buying my self one as an E.D.C.?

Ownership verified by DX Great Budget Cree Flashlight with 5 -mode feature

Price: starstarstarstarstar
Ease of Use: starstarstarstarstar
Build Quality: starstarstar
Usefulness: starstarstarstarstar
Overall Rating: starstarstarstar

Pros: - 5-mode feature ( value for money )
- Very Bright Light
- Warm LED Colour
- Low price
- Good compact pocket flashlight choice

Cons: Tail Switch clicky not very responsive ; difficult to operate. But you can rectify this by replacing the Rubber Tail Cap sold separately by DX.
( After modding probably wont't tail stand )

Other Thoughts: Lanyard provided is too short.
Would be great to include a holster.

Bottomline: A Good Buy and Feature Rich Compact Pocket Flashlight. Absolutely worth the money. Recommended.
