Pros: Three positions and off; click once to cycle to the next position.
Firm switching action gives positive feedback on switching.
Small and compact design means it can be fitted in all sorts of tricky places.

Cons: The plastic case can melt easily if care isn't taken when soldering.
The mechanism has very occasionally tried to jam. A good hit gets it going again. I haven't seen this problem after a bit of use, so maybe the wearing in has done it good.
A little bit tricky to work out which pins go with which mode, especially if already installed. (That might be just me.)

Other Thoughts: Could also be wired on-off-on-off instead of on-on-on-off, making it quite versatile.

Bottomline: Incredibly handy for making multi-mode torches.
