Pros: I must have a great copy.  I've had no problems with it.  It works fine with any 5-pin USB cable. I use it primarily with CF and SD card.
It always detects the card and supports my 8GB SD card.
Rubbery grip is nice; it wont slip out of my pocket.
It doesn't put 6 "removable devices" in your "My Computer when using it.
 
Cons: It could use some screws. The circuit inside shifts a little so I have to align it by twisting the USB cable before put in the CF card. 
The included cable didn't work. i just used a 5-pin USB cable I already had.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: I originally wanted the USB proctal plug piggy card reader but it was sold out. This had pretty good reviews and I'm very happy with it.

Pros: light, strong case, versatile on the types of media it takes and it's an unexpected color so it's easy to find in my bag amongst all the plain black gadgets
 
Cons: only works with the provided cable, i can't get it to work with any other identical cables i have. but the included cable is longer than i like to carry around so i stopped carrying it and got a SKU  17535 instead. but it's fine for my older desktop
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: useful and practical for most people, just not for me. the price is still great but i just prefer to carry one short cable that fits all my USB to mini USB powered items and i have no idea why this won't work with that cable

Pros: Very cheap in terms of price and takes all kinds of media. It works and reads media, but see cons for speeds.
 
Cons: I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my unit or not. When I connect it, it always says a non-usb 2.0 device has been connected, even though this device is supposed to be usb 2.0. Transfer speeds however are slightly faster than usb 1.1, so I'm not sure what's going on.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: It's cheap and it reads my media, but based on the other reviews and the fact that it doesn't seem like it's usb 2.0, I'd try my luck with a different reader.

Pros: - Very Useful
- Very Small
- Nice Looking
- Small USB Cable (a Pro for me!)
- Nice Plastic/Rubber touch
 
Cons: - Used it two times then stopped working.
 
Other Thoughts: I was happy to find this small card reader as it is perfect in size for me. But the reliability low and it made me lose precious time!
 
Bottomline: I don't know what went wrong with this reader, but I start to be very careful about buying Electronics from here or China - will probably buy another card reader elsewhere. I wonder if I need to bother to open a ticket for it...
