Pros: Nice and small.  Fits easily into pocket.  I keep one in my car, one at home, and one at work. 
Cons: Not "really" 118 games... but XX games with YY levels of difficulty.  They count each level of difficulty as a game.  I bought 3: 2 work flawless, 1 has a sticky button. 
Other Thoughts: I used to have one that was only Tetris.  I paid $9 for that 10 years ago and can't them anymore.  This is the best I've seen since. 
Bottomline: Great for places where you need something to pass the time... standing in line at amusement parks, using the toilet, sitting in hospital/doctor/dentist waiting rooms, etc.

Pros: Cheap. With a lot of games 
Cons: build quality is so bad. buttons sometimes working, sometimes not. 

Bottomline: For the price, you know what you will get.

Pros: Has nearly infinite numbers of games including versions of frogger, beehive, centepede, invasion, asteroids and tetris. compact and light. 
Cons: Terrible build quality. Sometimes buttons don't work 

Bottomline: I think for the price there may be other thing you can spend it on. But if you just need your tetris everywhere, this is for you!

Pros: This is great for kids and adults. It has many games and is pretty small so it won't take up a lot of space if you use it as a keychain. 
Cons: The build quality isn't great and it doesn't snap shut. 
Other Thoughts: This comes in different colors as mine was orange and purple. 
Bottomline: This is a neat little toy with plenty of games to keep you occupied for a while.
