Pros: Very nice and clear LCD panel showing the Time, and the light is very useful.
Very nice build quality.
Really great for sport activities, a simple device with chronometer.

Cons: Too "bulky" for some people.
It says solar powered, but for a wrist watch i think that's useless...and maybe if i open the watch, probable i'll find a standard battery. Besides that, it's not a problem, all works really great.
At least for me, it took 2 months to arrive.
