Pros: This is a really decent item. The build quality is decent, and it looks to be really durable...
Cons: It would be a lot better if they included an adapter plug for the power. Otherwise you will have to just cut the plug off and wire it up yourself. Easy if you know what you are doing and have the tools, bad if you don't because it comes with no instruction booklet.

Bottomline: Bottomline, if you want a rearview camera and you know how to use a soldering iron, wire cutters and some black tape then your set...
Pros: I am very impressed with the build quality of this device! Waterproof and packaged good too! Night vision feature works almost *too* good, as if the camera is directed at a white wall or someone wearing a white shirt, the camera will whiteout and bloom like nutz!
Cons: I hooked this up to my 42 inch telly to check the picture quality and granted, I am looking at myself on a big television, I can barely recognize myself. I am sure that the picture would look better on a smaller telly, but whoah- my facial feature were a smear
Other Thoughts: I am going to use this as a backup camera on my car;s navigation system, so picture quality does not rank high on my needs- all I need to see is if there is some dark blob that is in my way of backing up.
Bottomline: Works great for my application as a backup camera on my car. By all means this is not good for surveillance as I can barely recognize myself in it, but it does the trick so I don't back my car into anything.
Pros: Compact, 12V power, IR LEDs, ultra simple connect, Ready to go as soon as you hook it up, photoelecric switch is sufficiently sensitive.
Cons: IR LEDs emit visible red light, wires not very tough.
Other Thoughts: Great camera, versatile mounting system, it is a nice addition to existing camera system.
Bottomline: Other uses: mount any location on your car, I mounted it on my paintball marker, good camera for monitoring your mailbox, I like the Infrared. bottom line.. for this price, once again dealextreme has made me happy.
Pros: good allround camera with mirror function
Cons: does not state that it a NTSC and not PAL
Other Thoughts: none
Bottomline: good camera and easy to use as long as you have a NTSC monitor
