Cons: ANNOYING, i always get asked "what is that thing?" ITS ANNOYING
but my reply is always
its a Baseball Cap with Solar Powered Fan 
only in color red...which is also..anooying
bit weak even in direct sunlight

Pros: great as a party piece to show your friends,and no batteries needed either.also quite lightweight with the solar panel at back of cap,not a bad price too,especially with free delivery.
 
Cons: not powerful enough,needs a faster motor,and NO off switch,as stated by others -you need direct sunlight for operation,so no sun,no fan
 
Other Thoughts: cap has very long peak(cos of motor & fan)
 
Bottomline: i like it for the fun element,but mine not powerful enough to cool you down,could just be mine at fault i suppose?try one yours might be better

Pros: Extremely cheap with free shipping, is easy to use, panel doesn't add extra weight to the hat, starts of the instant the panel is in touch with sunlight, very responsive
 
Cons: You can see the wiring in some places and the fan/motor holder has been positioned using screws rather the thread but apart from that, its brilliant.
 
Other Thoughts: Please note that colours vary, i got a black one. Others may say you need sunlight but that is obvious otherwise why would you be feeling hot?!?
 
Bottomline: This is a brilliant piece of kit. For the price and the ease of use, i recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Bargain at this price seeing how solar panels are quite expensive these days!

Pros: there, were no batteries, good for a nice hot day ONLY
keeps your face cool, but turn it around it cools your neck and back! 
Cons: -it can not be used unless its a sunny day
- only one color
-the wind might blow air/hair into eyes, might get annoying.
- if the sun isnt strong enough, the power isnt stable 
Other Thoughts: the strap is actaully made of velcro, not a blet clip. i also didnt know if there is a on/off button or not 
Bottomline: it is a cool novelty, but only if you got the cash. or you might as well make a better one yourself with batteries
