Very good camera for this price, i am surprised

Pros: Very Cheap
Good image quality
Good Color Quality
Very strong mic
Good material quality
Easy to install, just plug on power and on television.


Cons: Poor image quality strong lighting
Come without power supply.


Other Thoughts: Come without power supply, but accept 6-12v power supply, so it is easy to find one,.
It is a cheap camera, with cheap parts, so need a good quality power supply, or the camera can easily break.


Bottomline: A good for surveillance, but just on day, on night need a external light.

Pros: Adjustable lens, flexible input power, very small size.
NTSC res, with sound (not tested, but has the plug for it).


Cons: Poor picture (if any) in low light.
Very bright light results in washed video,
a happy medium produces the best picture.
IR LED's are fake - don't do anything.


Other Thoughts: An external IR source would make it an excellent night vision camera.


Bottomline: Good camera for its size/price, though don't expect the best picture in the world. You can get much better if you bump up your price range.

Pros: Great product.. used on my FPV aerial surveillance, lightweight after removing some useless protection metal... adjustable focus, interchangeable lens to wide angle. takes a lot of vibrators and survived a crash landing.


Cons: IRs are not connected, although they are functional, and i got them to light with some soldering. there is no built in current protection. when i switched to LIPOs and a 10 mile range transmitter, the camera burned out instantly from the 11.1v LIPOs... i ordered a second one and hooked up a separate power unit for it.


Other Thoughts: great if you have some electronics knowledge, or just for simple wire surveillance use. be very careful with the power supply which should NOT exceed 750mWs, or exceed 12 volts under any circumstance, including surges.


Bottomline: good study unit... perfect for some hobbyist, buy it, there isn't much similar products at this price. take my word for it.

Pros: small and sturdy, runs straight off the 12volts from the computer ATX power supply.

Cons: Useless in low light, worst than my usb webcam. IR leds are just for show. Picture Quality no so great, expect webcam results. I suspect it to be a cheaper cmos sensor.

Other Thoughts: save your money, the low light issue, even in a well lit room makes this product useable. Would like to see a CCD cam alternative on offer.

Bottomline: runs well straight from 12v of computer psu but the camera needs plenty of light to pick up a decent picture
