Pros: it is very easy to use, just have to wear it.
Come with an extra wrist band
it looks nice
Cons: would be nice to know how it works.
it seems cheap, wait... it is cheap! so it is not really a con.
it works very slow. I work in a place with very strong static, so I tested it by charging my self and discharging. and it seems that it really dissipates the static, but only after some seconds (over 15).
other thing is that as you have almost no static, any one can be discharged on you, althogh sometimes is funny to play with static.
Other Thoughts: I think is better to use wires to avoid static, but sometimes I have to be moving all around, and this would be some help
Bottomline: nice price, nice product
it arrived 8 days after I made my order so It is just great.
thanks, dx

Pros: - It's anti-static... I least I hope so... Didn't got any static discharge while wearing it
- Come with an extra wrist band
Cons: - Blue color is not realy to my taste, but it's ok
- Build quality is ok, but not great
- Wrist band is a little small. Won't really fit if you have big wrists
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: Good for occasional uses or if you don't have anything the plug a classical anti-static wrist device to.
It works, I guess

Pros: +It comes in frigging blue, I love blue!
+Can extend the band to meet your wrist size
+None of my electronics broke yet, while wearing this!
Cons: -Box was dead on arrival
-Not of a high build quality
Other Thoughts: I don't know if it is actually working or not, because my head messes with me about these things. I always wear this when dealing with electronics' internals in spite of my last comment.
Bottomline: I assume it work, but for its price you can really go wrong. Don't expect your box to be trip though. By the way awesome for hobbyist and computer/electronic technician!
Looks good so far

Pros: Bought it a while and got it nicely in a package with another wrist strap. I'm not sure if it does work, but I guess it does (hard to test).
Cons: The wrist strap is kinda small, can hurt while wearing it long (I even got small wrists, so I don't wanna know what people with bigger wrists feel).
Also I'm not sure how strong it is and how long it will last, but I guess we'll need to find out.
Other Thoughts: Create a longer wrist strap, this one is silly small.
Bottomline: Seems fine for the price and can always be handy while working with computer parts or other stuff which may not have ESD.
