Pros: As the 400D and the 1000D share the same LCD this product fit my 1000D perfect. It's easy to apply on the LCD, specialy because a small piece of fabric is deliverd with it to clean your LCD before applying the film
Cons: Do not have any cons at the moment.
Other Thoughts: Due to the (low) price I ordered more of these, so I can change them if needed. The price cannot be a barrier to keep a scratch free and clear lcd
Bottomline: A must have item to keep your LCD screatch free and clear, low price, easy to apply
Pros: Nice product, does what it is designed for. Comes with a cleaning cloth (to clean your camera screen before applying).Easy to apply and has clear instructions. Easy to wipe clean if gets dirty (fingerprints etc). Can be removed and re-applied.No bubbles, no defects in mine at least. Does not affect how you see the screen.
Cons: The package could be even more simple --> more environmentally friendly!
Other Thoughts: No experience on how durable this is, so cannot say if the screen protector itself will scratch easily.
Bottomline: Will be much easier to change the screen protector than fixing the camera screen if getting scratches!
Pros: This screen protector for the Canon EOS 400D works great. The size of the protector fits perfectly. You hardly can't see the screen protector. No bubbles, just good quality. It does not block your view on your LCD screen.
Cons: None I can think of other than only one screen protector in the package.
Other Thoughts: Good quality. Maybe you want this one also for other screens of 2,5 inch.It does the job, like you want it. Canon should issue them with your camera.
Bottomline: Just buy it! You will like it. It's great!!!!!!!!
