Bottomline: I had thought this would allow you to play games on your older sets, but its just good to watch movies off your psp or even surf the web on that older tv. The one good thing is you can hook it up to your lcd projector and then get a really big psp screen. I have the component cables too just buy those if you want to play games on your hdtv. Well made.

Pros: - This is super cheap compared to the official Sony cables that are 21 dollars + tax.
- Works exactly like the official Sony cables, but again, at a much cheaper price!
- Cable is very sturdy, it feels like it won't fall apart on you. But you'll have it permanently connected to your TV so it's not like that matters.
- Great video/sound quality, I used it to watch a concert on TV streamed from PSP, the PSP can output DVD resolution video if you have it at that resolution, and it looks fantastic on TV!

Cons: - Took a while to ship and get here, I would have prefered to have had this cable over winter break, but that's not really a con about the product itself!

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: If you've been looking for a component cable to play games on TV (The composite ones will only let you watch videos) with the PSP, there is absolutely no reason you should buy the official ones, unless you, for some reason, absolutely HAVE TO have it THAT day.

Pros: Great cable, has a good length to reach the TV depending on the size of the room.
Great price, in Brazil I would pay like R$ 80 or 90 for such a cable.
Good quality. Seems to be well resistant.

Cons: I saw no problem in cable, even the connectors being plastic made. But given that it is not original but does do what it says the price is good.

Other Thoughts: It's cool to play PSP on TV , but it is bad that he is not in full screen. You get around some 65% of screen used in the center. It is good when you want to play at home and do not need to be sitting and looking down.

Bottomline: If the cable does not reach your TV, you can buy female-female RCA adapters and a cable video components to extend it.
The sound quality is great too.

Pros: This cable looks great even for a double price. If you want to watch movies or listen to music from your PlayStation Portable this cable is a must. Maybe the games don't go full screen, but still offer quite a bit of fun!

Cons: The first con is the low quality of this product. That doesn't mean the picture is not great, merely that the cable just doesn't look as good as it does in the picture. I could say this product is a great example for things made in China... very cheap, working, but not like the original thing!
DON'T GET ME WRONG! STILL WORTH BUYING!

Other Thoughts: BE AWARE! In games you won't get full screen. It's NOT the cables fault, but it's the way the PlayStation Portable is designed!
Everything else runs fine in full screen!

Bottomline: A very good product worth buying! (the is a "but"... buy this cable only if you aren't going to buy a standalone console). Truth be told... games don't look so great on a 32" TV. The PlayStation Portable just isn't designed for such a thing!
