Pros: This blocker really works right out of the box, and with very good range (confirmed at least for Altell). I also tested it successfully on Verizon and 3G (new i-phone).
 
Cons: Like happygirl, I also bought this for my high school classroom. Unfortunately, it did not block most of the students' phones. This may be because it is difficult to keep the antennas tightly attached or because they may interfere with each other/cancel each other out when loose antennas cross.
 
Other Thoughts: I made a wooden spacer to keep the antennas from crossing, one that does not reduce the device's range. Hopefully that will help in the classroom.
 
Bottomline: Great value for the money, much better than a hand-held.

Pros: So far.  . so good.  It's so easy to assemble!!  It really works!  I tried Cricket, Cellular South, AND Verizon.  Either no signal, failed calls, or roaming charges are incurred.  This is perfect for my HS classroom.

Cons: I'm concerned about the signal extending to other floors of the building.  We'll see soon.

Bottomline: I'm very pleased with my purchase.  I bought the cheap portable and it didn't work.  Go all the way and invest in a good jammer.  It's worth it for your sanity in the classroom.

Pros: this unit works very well covering a wide area, if you are planning on running it for long periods of time you can use a small cooling fan.i have many of these units and this is the best in its class.
 
Cons: the 3g dosn't work on this unit!! also the model below it dosn't work for 3g network either
 
Other Thoughts: the antennas are delicate but handled with care theyre ok. if you own a shop etc & your staff spend too much time texting etc you can use a timer to turn it on and off at certain times!!
 
Bottomline: you can't get anything as powerfull as this for this price

Pros: Shipped pretty quick! This does work and works well it shuts down my sprint and g3 networks (U.S.) cold !!!the remote is functional and the unit it very sturdy casing with indicator lights.
These units go from $400-$1,000 in the UK and UAE 
Cons: The antenne are fragile I would recommend buying spares or reinforcing the bases with tape between the plastic and metal one of mine broke and is not repaiable.

Power cord can be inserted into the converted wrong be careful when putting the two together

No istructions provided 
Other Thoughts: Would use with extreme caution may interfere with emergency communications and may result in jail time!
My unit even interfered with Digital TV sound (turned it off completely) 
Bottomline: Get one now before the price goes up or they are no longer available
