Pros: This is an awesome little NiMH charger! Its so light and compact, it is very easy to take with you. Its got indicator lights to let you know when its done charging too.
Cons: The metal clips for the AAA slots seem like they are little flimsy. Not a huge deal as long as you're careful placing the batteries in. The charger can't charge NiCD batteries either, and the unit didn't come with instructions. Again, not a huge deal, as chargers are straight forward to use.
Other Thoughts: Would have been nice if they would release a Maxuss charger and battery pack with both AAA and AA batteries.
Bottomline: This is a great buy for someone in need of a camera battery charger, or for any other use!

Pros: It is a good charger for its cost. Works fine, with no concerns, with AA or AAA batteries. After the charging cycle, charged batteries are working the same as the ones I charged with a more expensive charger.
Cons: The socket is for the United States, not for European countries. Anyway, I managed to get an adaptor and it is working OK. If possible, it would be better if the european socket appears as an option for this product.
Other Thoughts: You can only charge 2 AA and/or 2 AAA at the same time. It would be better if you can charge 4 batteries of the same type at once.
Bottomline: Good product, works fine.
