Pros: Makes a good brice

Adjustable neck that doesn't "fall down". My laptop has an USB port on the back, and still it reaches to the front to give a little wind.
Cool light patterns when the fan is running
Soft blades, so you don't cut your finger if you touch the fan.

Cons: Worked a few minutes before it suddenly stopped. A little oil seeed to fix the problem. (i used threatment spray for R/C fuel engines)
You'll freak out after looking at the fan for a while (patterns)

Other Thoughts: I bought this cause it was a little too hot for a while here. Now when I've finally got it, the heat wave is gone.

Bottomline: You get what you pay for. For 3.76 $ this is a good fan

Pros: the fan is beautiful, it has a flexible blade, the stem is flexible as it should. The breath is quite small but more than enough to cool off this summer (and I would say, cold)

Cons: LEDs are hypnotizing you want to watch hours and heures. NOW LEDs no longer work after a few days of use, there is a contact issue, i tried to find out the problem.

Other Thoughts: it lacks a button to activate or deactivate the light.

Bottomline: it is a good product, I just hope that my case was an isolated case. To say I am more satisfied now that there are no leds.

-Is one good gift.
-On/off switch!

-Take my attention away when i trying to concentrate in the screen.
-Is fragile, but with good material.

Pros: ..
-Cheap
-Puts out lots of wind (even though everyone else says it does not, mine puts out enough to blow my hair from about 2ft away, and can feel it from up to 4ft away)
-Nice lights and patterns.
-Doesn't draw too much power to keep it running for hours.
-The metal bending stand is very well made and can wrap in most ways you would want it to. Really heavy compared to the fan so it holds fairly well.

Cons: ..
-The plastic that is used for the blades is like what you would find in a collectible card album (the pages that hold the cards) so it isn't the best feeling but it works well and that makes them pretty durable in my experience.
-The middle of the fan (the plastic cap) is obviously very light weight and cheaply made but its just a cosmetic cap really and that's fine with me.
-The outer 2 lights don't come on very often, the inner ones are always on/changing but only every now and then do the outer ones. (not a big issue but noteworthy)
-The fan spins fast and kinda hard so you might have to put something on the stand to keep it from moving around depending on how you use it.
-It is pretty noisy but nothing you cant tune out in 10minutes.

Other Thoughts: More active lights and better quality would be nice but i have no real complaints about this product.

Bottomline: All of my cons were very minor faults and nothing that would make me not want to get another one.
The price is great and the product is really fun and useful, i keep it on a LOT and it works very well for me.
This is a must get for someone who wants a little novelty item that is also useful and works well for the cash spent.
